NFL Pick of the Week: Week 11

Last week I had the Brownies getting points I didn’t need as they easily beat the Falcons.

This week I’ll be spitting in the betting public’s eye once again and taking the most unpopular pick on the board. The Jaguars have had a very disappointing season and sit at 3-6 entering this week. They may have to win out to have a shot at the playoffs and this is their toughest game yet. If they are a team that believes in themselves, then they have the ability to get it done. Pittsburgh has major revenge here as they got destroyed at home by the Jags last year in a game in which Big Ben threw a whopping 5 interventions. Several weeks later in the playoffs, the Steelers took it on the chin at home to the Jags yet again. While most people will focus on the revenge factor, I think the Jags just match up well against Pitt and because of that they have confidence. Five points is a lot for a desperate team to be getting at home.
